Priority Chef Knife Sharpener

This Priority Chef knife sharpener is very nice and easy to use, it has made my steak knives and bigger knives nice and sharp. I have had them for a year now and they have gotten really dull. We bought a knife set that comes, in the wood block, that comes with 4 steak knives, 2 big knives and 2 smaller ones. It also came with a scissors and a sharpener stick but, I do not like using the sharper stick because, I am pretty clumsy and on top of that I have bad luck. I once cut a artery on my hand and couldn't get it to stop bleeding and ended up in the emergency room! With this sharpener I do not have to worry about that. It is safer and easier to use.

The handle has a nice grip on it and so does the bottom of the sharpener so, you do not have to worry about any slips or accidents. I really like this sharpener, it has 2 different sections on it to sharpen the rough edges and then once you have it smooth you use the other side for the fine edges to make it sharper. When using the this sharpener you can tell by the sound and feel when sharpening the knife, when you should stop using the coarse side and switch to the fine side.
